Limited Warranty
Deppeler guarantees against a defect in raw material or workmanship, under normal conditions of use, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase from the dealer (‘Limited Warranty’).
In the event of a breach of the Limited Warranty, we will replace any defective product with the same or a comparable product at our expense.
The foregoing remedies constitute your sole and exclusive remedies and our entire obligation and liability for any breach of the Limited Warranty. You have no other remedy for breach of the limited warranty. In particular (without limitation), you will not be entitled to any damages (including, without limitation, incidental, indirect, consequential or special damages resulting from any use of the Products).
The Limited Warranty will become null and void if the products are altered, sharpened, repaired, damaged, dropped, altered, abused or disassembled.
For the use, maintenance or operation of the Products, please carefully consult the instructions available on the website www.deppeler.ch.
Our liability can in no way exceed the amount you actually paid for the product you purchased. With the exception of the Limited Warranty offered by the seller, neither the seller nor any supplier or manufacturer of the products makes any warranty whatsoever on the products; all such warranties are hereby disclaimed and excluded, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Procedure for breach of Limited Warranty:
You must ship the defective products. When shipping or bringing your products to our authorized representative, please pack it carefully and securely and include the following information:
(i) your name, (ii) mailing address (street, city, state, zip code), (iii) preferred phone number (with country and area code), (iv) email address (to help speed up your repair), (v) copy of our order acceptance email, and (vi) a note explaining the nature of the problem and the situation in which it occurred.
When shipping, we recommend that you insure your products against damage, theft or loss. We are not responsible for any damage, theft or loss during shipping.
In most cases, technical analysis will be completed within 4-6 weeks. Please note that issues beyond our control may exist, such as vacations, backorders for parts, or repairs.
For work out of warranty, an amount of CHF 50 for technical and administrative costs will be requested for payment.
